I help people navigate the wonderful world of real estate investing. I believe everyone should and could be in real estate and I help people get clear on when, where and how to enter the market with a custom coaching and consulting program. There's no one size fits all and I'm here to show the way that's right for you.
I'm a Senior Managing Partner of Capital Wealth ROI CFFJ which funds deals nationwide and a successful investor in Houston for the last 22 years specializing in Fix and Flips, short term rentals and creative real estate financing. 98% of my time investing is spent in real estate but recently I have been asked to speak a lot all around the country about how I built my real estate empire.
